Low Smoke Zero Halogen & LSF Cables are increasingly being used in public and government buildings and where there is sensitive electronic equipment (i.e. Hospitals, Supermarkets, Airports, Control Rooms & Computer Suites). These cables are designed for increased safety in the case of a fire as follows:

Reduction in hazardous fumes which can cause injury when inhaled.
Reduction in corrosive chemicals which can cause damage to electronics.

These cables can be referred to as:

         LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
         LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
         LSF (Low Smoke and Fume)
         OHLS (Zero Halogen Low Smoke)

Please note: The term LSF may only indicate use of modified PVC which can give off up to 18% HCL (Hydrogen Chloride) emissions. Whereas the term Zero Halogen ensures that the cables give off less than 0.5% HCL emissions. Find our LSZH Cables for your cable needs.

Many other cables not listed here can be supplied in LSF or LSZH versions, please contact us for further information by info@cat5e-cable.com.cn
